This shipping policy outlines the processing, dispatch, and delivery conditions for orders placed on the CerviCare store.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:

  • Free (or calculated at checkout depending on destination – to be adjusted)

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

5. Delivery Delays
CerviCare cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs (for international deliveries)

  • Exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.)

6. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at checkout.

In the event of an incorrect address, CerviCare cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost or not delivered.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Check with neighbours or household members

  • Contact the carrier

CerviCare cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos at: contact@mycervicare.co.uk

9. Customs and Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
